grain export, supervision of grain resources, grain purchases, and quota on its sale at foreign markets.
The Committee members stated that imposition of moratorium on grain export fails to comply with agreements signed on Ukraine´s accession to the World Trade Organization.
Therefore, the Committee recommends that the Parliament returns the Bill for further elaboration to the subjects of legislative initiative.
